  • Since many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in finish, texture, stone placement, or weight may occur.

  • Product dimensions and weights are approximate.

  • Availability of products is subject to stock.

These variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Vidasha reserves the right to:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Custom Jewellery

Customized or personalized jewellery is created specifically for the customer.

Therefore:

  • Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details before placing the order.

7. Payments

Vidasha does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking information.

All transactions are processed using secure encryption technologies.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner delays

Vidasha is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

9. Returns & Refunds

Customized jewellery and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return unless covered under our policy.

10. Lifetime Plating Service

Eligible jewellery purchased from Vidasha may qualify for our Lifetime Plating Service, subject to our service guidelines.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with sending products for servicing unless otherwise specified.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

11. Product Care

To maintain the beauty of your jewellery:

  • Store jewellery in a dry place.

  • Avoid exposure to perfumes, chemicals, and harsh cleaning agents.

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or engaging in strenuous activities.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth.
